MX-Nylon, Nylon-MXD6

MX-Nylon is a high-performance polyamide resin with excellent gas-barrier properties. MX-Nylon is used in food packaging containers and PET bottles to prevent oxygen and carbon dioxide from permeating and to preserve and prolong the quality of food and beverages. Fiber-reinforced products with MX-Nylon are also used for automobile, electrical and electronic, and building material components because it has higher strength and rigidity than other thermoplastic resins. The molding specifications of Nylon-MXD6 match well with the criteria for molding other materials. This means you can use MXD6 in combination with polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), or polyethylene (PE) to achieve co-injection molding and co-extrusion molding to produce laminated containers, bottles, and packaging sheets.
